“This hotel is reasonably priced and very convenient for those looking for the Wittenberg area. Staff was great. Our room was clean and comfortable. Suggest not booking a room near or overlooking the atrium as all lobby noises travel up. Overall, we had a nice stay.”

“Desk clerk was not available except after a 3-minute wait when ringing for assistance. Breakfast area never cleaned, trash can overflowing & not emptied for 4 days. “Upon check in on Thursday, August 27 we found the cottage looking like it had not been cleaned very well every ceiling fan had dust falling off of the blades there were cobwebs and spiders in the corners of the rooms. I did email the owners but never heard a response. So my husband and I spent an hour cleaning the cottage before our kids and grandkids arrived as we had five kids and a baby staying with us. “Loved staying here, we visited from out of state to see relatives in this area. The retreat is wonderful. Everything we needed. Host even let us stay an extra day when asked. Was clean and offered a washing machine and dryer, fire Pitt, swings for the kids. Grill, full kitchen. We will try to come again.”
